I am having sore throat but not any fever , cold , running nose , headache,pain Still can I have swine flu?
I am having throat infection from last week but I am not having high fever,pain or vomiting feeling.
So I am confused whether only sore throat can be the symptom of swine flu???

I'm not a medical person but here's my thought. If you have any questions at all about that you should call your doctor to make sure. Sometimes things are more complicated than a simple symptom list. But don't panic. If all you have is a sore throat you may just have inhaled some dust.

It is possible to be infected with the virus without having fever. If you had close contact with any positive person you should get checked immediately.

A hallmark symptom of any flu is fever. If no fever, then probably no flu. The fact that you have no other flu symptoms speaks volumes.
Sore throats are also caused by organisms other than flu viruses as well as by chemical irritants (smoke) and allergies. The throat problem may be bacterial. After all, we all have Strep residing in our throats anyway.
With all due respect, I don't think you're qualified to diagnose yourself with a "throat infection". You don't know why it's sore. And as you haven't brought up ANY other symptoms, use products that treat sore throats and see if they work well for you.
