I am pretty sick and i dont know if i have the flu/cold or if i have food poisoning..?
Ok, well i stayed home from school today and last night i was really really sick, i had huge stomach pains and i was feeling light headed and like my hands were weird cus like they felt as like they fell asleep that feeling you get if like you sit on your hand or leg for a while and i kept going to the toilet and having diherria and vomiting a lot. I woke up this morning and i felt a little bit better i still kind of feel sick but i was wondering if i can eat wendys cus im realy hungry and theres like nothing to eat at my home...
Help?

there is a stomache virus going around. My family had it and just about every other family i know. i t was on the news. Its a 24 hour thing.

Eat lots of oranges, they're rich in vitamin C and will help you recover faster. Fast food is basically poison. Drink lots of water too.

You probaly should not eat Wendys that wont help anything. Go eat at subway that will sit in your stomach mush better. ANd you probaly have what i have which is just a sickness going around. The doctor told me to just drink a lot of water and rest
