I have taken cold and flu tablets but might be pregnant?
Ive got really bad flu symptoms so ive taken some codral (the last two nights and once today) but yesterday i got a faint positive line on my pregnacy test. It says on the box ask ur doctor if u can use it when ur pregnant - but it doesnt say 'do not use this if you're pregnant'....could i of harmed my baby?

Only people that know please - Im quite aware that I need to go to a doctor asap :)

if ur not very far along then i wouldnt be concerned but i def wouldnt take anymore until u find out for sure, the first 3 months of pregnancy is the most crucial

The chances of you harming the baby by taking something when you didn't know you were pregnant are very low. Its not recommended in pregnancy so try to stick to tylenol until you can get to the doctor.

You should be okay, just don't do it again

Things you eat and drink won't transfer to the baby until you have been pregnant a little longer. Usually stuff you do before finding out you are pregnant are okay, but after you find out you are far enough along for that stuff to cause harm.

You should stop taking the medicine the only meds doctors like for pregnant women to take in Tylenol. Drink plenty of fluids also so you do not dehydrate. No you did not harm the baby yet so please stop taking the medicine and do not worry.

Don't worry, just stop taking it now. When I found out I was prego, I had a double kidney infection and had just had oral surgery. I was taking a super dose of antibiotic and pain killers, not to mention, I had x-rays and anestesia for the oral surgery. A couple of days later, I found out I was prego. I freaked out, my Dr. says dont fret over it. It will be fine, and it was.
