If two people get the same cold or flu virus, will they have the same symptoms?
Let's say you have two adults, roughly the same age, both in very good health. They get the same cold or flu virus from the same source. Will they have the same symptoms? Or could symptoms vary somewhat?

Symptoms could vary because each person is an individual, with different immune systems.

Yes it would vary because you're two very different people and the cold and or flu hits in very different ways..
