no, its not safe to take flu shot if you have colds this will worsen the situation and it will lead to death.

not really, because you might get infected even worse. Usually, when you get a vaccine, it consists of the bacteria you're getting vaccinated against. If you get a bacteria vaccinated that already exists in you they will start fighting and you might get very ill.

yes, but not wise. the flu shot is chosen by professionals who guess what strains may infect people this season. we are never infected by the same strains which are in the shot. however, you can experience flu-ish symptoms after having the shot. i wouldn't recommend it. And, if you are allergic to eggs, or have ever had a reaction to eggs, don't get the flu shot.

AND NO IT WILL NOT LEAD TO DEATH. ALSO, THE FLU SHOT IS NOT COMPOSED OF BACTERIA.
