my teacher gets angry and doesn't believe me when i'm sick?
i get sick A LOT. i always have a cold or something. this year ive been absent 4 times. 2 times due to a sinus infection and 2 times for the stomach virus. yesterday i came back after my stomach flu and my teacher freaked out. he kept asking questions and kept saying "oh you just happen to get sick all the time?" i told him i do get sick easily i wouldn't miss two days in a row unless i really had to. he got mad at kept saying you need to watch out for your absences etc etc. i bring in doctors notes and stuff so im obviously not lying plus i dont plan on missing any other days unless i really truly need to. but now he pretty much takes things out on me like if i don't do well on a quiz he says its because of my absences. (i suck in math though, always have) i go to his extra help 2 times a week and sometimes im the only one! what can i do about him and him getting angry still about my old absences!

I don't think you understand how often people use the excuse "I was sick" for absences so it makes sense that a teacher would be suspicious that you are absent so much. Just take your doctors notes, that's all you can do and do as best you can in the class.

I am a teacher and understand that kids get sick all the time. Obviously these absences are excused since you have a doctor's slip. These shouldn't count against your attendance. I think that you need to schedule a conference with this teacher to help him understand your situation. Have your parent/guardian attend so you have someone there to help explain the situation. Hopefully by meeting with the teacher and explaining your situation, he will be a little more understanding to your situation. If that doesn't work, I would visit with your guidance counselor. He/she may be able to help intervene with your teacher.

Wow, your teacher sounds like a very, very harsh man. You have a doctors notes AND you authorize your absences and he still tortures you? I would report him. Check this:
1). I missed the first 2 weeks of the school year since till being on holiday with my family. When I got back, my form tutor (who is also my maths teacher) picked on me to answer questions a lot as a joke. He said "Sam, you tell me the answer since you've been on a nice holiday for 2 weeks!" and he started laughing.
2). A couple of weeks ago, I was off school with a sore throat for 3 days and when I got back into school, my form tutor said "hey, you feeling better now?".
3). I was once sick in school and feeling very dizzy. I went to my form tutor and he was very supportive and abandoned his lesson to take me to the nurse and then send me home.
4). I was 3 hours late to school due to a hospital appointment and I walked in on maths class and my teacher smiled and said 'Hey, where have you been? are you okay?'
Some teachers are so grumpy! You'll just have to stick it out if the authorities do nothing about it. Otherwise, this teacher will turn it against you and be even more mean.
