Recurring Dreams when I was younger?
When I was about 6, I had a recurring dream. It was always when I was sick..whenever I had a cold or flu, I would get the dream over and over.
The dream is that I was in the back room of my house in a bathtub in the middle of the room. The bathtub wasn't actually there in real life. There was a curtain around it, and I was in there with a large preying mantis in a business suit and top hat.
There were 3 kids, about middle/high school age sitting on the couch that was really was there across the room.
The preying mantis would sometimes cover us by the curtain, and then he would molest me.
I would cry, ask for help and feel humiliated.
The kids across the room would laugh, and just continue watching TV.
It's an odd dream..I know.
And my parents got a divorce when I was very young and my father in his late 20's early 30's began dating a 16 year old.
I know I had by that time seen a lot of things that most 6 year olds don't know exist.

Who ever touched you when you where younger is this praying mantis (If you where touched) the mantis in the wild kingdom is a predator preying on weaker insects, he's a sexual predator that prays on the innocence of young girls/boys. The kids you know are laughing at you because you fear that if they know about what happened, you will face ridicule and be made fun of. So you keep the crime to yourself. The molester is someone who's successful in life, probably well known and liked by many, so you don't think anyone will believe you if you tell them, which is the reason for the shower curtain surrounding the tub. The tub being a symbol of purification. You feel dirty and embarrassed when this happens to you, and the curtain is the secrecy shared between you and the man that has hurt you.
And it may not be you; it may be someone you know. Someone close to you that have endured such a bad memory, and they want to tell you so bad. But are afraid to come clean for fear of facing the same humiliation you felt in your dream. When you say you'd seen a lot of things that most 6 year olds don't know exist, it makes me wonder about your relationship with your father. I'm not saying he touched you, but I'm not ruling that out as a possibility either.
Talk to you mother (or your father) about your dream. It sounds to me like there is something deep rooted there that you really need to deal with on a sub-conscious level. Because all our dreams are linked to our sub-conscious. Sounds to me like you or someone close to you is fighting some serious demons.

i known of a cricket that dressed that way, on cartoons.but every child of that cold sick times ,carry fevers, that can cause bad dreams,im sure it didn't meen a thing, your be ok .but have you had a bunch of embarrasing moments in your life.
