Regular flu vs. Swine Flu vs. Mono. PLEASE answer!?
The past 48 hours I have felt like a piece of poop...
I have these symptoms:
very tired/fatigued
very weak feeling
sore throat
stuffy nose
head ache
fever
I've had a cold probably the past 3 weeks, but as of yesterday it got a lot worse... what could it be?
I thought maybe it could have been mono, because I feel very fatigued and weak...
I need SERIOUS personal opinions, and any dumb butt answers will receive a thumbs down and be reported!

It sounds like mono. Go to the doctor. Tell them you think you have mono. They'll test your blood. Make sure you take Ibuprofen, not aspirin! Aspirin will make you feel worse, trust me. And get a lot of rest, and drink allot of water or juice.

These symptoms are very non-specific, and could result from everything you mentioned. You can be tested for all of them, which sounds like a good idea considering you've been sick for 3 weeks.
