Should I go doctor for cold/flu symptoms. ?
Hi, I first got Ill on Thursday. I felt drained and back ache, head ache all sorts of body ache. When I got homefrom college my brother had same thing. We bOth went to bed. Next day, less ache but general drain feeling. Went to college, brother didn't go to school ( hes 9 ). Hard day, felt shit and when I got home I found my brother was better. Next day was day off, cold symptoms begin, and I frequently started coughing, like every minute. Still felt drained, rested and drank lots of water, missed out breakfast. Woke up Sunday for work, worst day of my life. At times I was coughing every 10 seconds. Felt really bad, back pain and head pain. Ate egg n cress sandwhich just before I started. During break had energy drinks to get me through. By end of shift coughing got much worst. Got home, didnt eat tea ( by this point my chest and stomache really sore so I thought would be good to skip a meal. Had cough medicine an hour before bed. Then tried to take 2 cold and flu tablets. Second one made me sick up. Now coughing every 3 seconds, chest in agony and had to use mind over matter to stop, stopped at 1 am but still coughed every 5 mins. 2 am went to toilet to find myself really weak and struggled to walk. It's now 2:17 am, I can't get to sleep and don't intend to enter college tomorrow. I am making tons of mistakes typing this on itouch and I don't usually.
Firstly what is this? And should I go doctors? Cause our doctor has never helped before and I fear it will just be a waste of time. Ty

Idk what it is but it sounds like you should go to the doctors. This doesn't sound like your "regular cold." and don't skip meals, I gaurantee that will only make it worse.

I don't know but I would get a vices chest rub wipe on your chest and get sone drain stuff for sinuses and some night and day meds. Like the daytime nitetime pills (orange and green colors)
