Sore throat and cough cold remedys that work!!!?
I am going camping this weekend and I think I am developing a cold or cough. Right now my throat feels kind of tight and sore but it is getting worse from swallowing. Is there anything I can use to stop the cold symptoms from getting worse? Any natrul remedys?? Thanks

Try spitting rather than swallowing.
Also, once, I had a cold and I got blasted on screwdrivers (vodka + orange juice) and the next day, I had not cold. I had a hell of a hangover, but no cold.

Try drinking hot water with lemon in it.

For a sore throat, gargle warm salt water.
Stuffy nose, snort (GENTLY) warm salt water up your nose. I emphasize gently cuz my boyfriend had the impression to actually snort salt water..It just has to like..rinse..your nose.
