What can happen if i take vicks dayquil cold and flu medicine and Tylenol extra strength in the same day?
Tuesday night until this morning i had taken alot of tylenols due to the fact ive been having flu like symptons after getting the swine flu vaccine...and then today at 5pm and 9pm i took 2 vicks dayquils....both products contain Acetaminophen...i didnt take these products at the same time but i was curious. Thank You.

ok, don't do that. You should just get tired and sleep it off. But don't do that over time if you were to continue to dose high on tylenol, it could hurt your liver. YOU ARE OK, REALLY. However, please, take the flu like symptoms after the vaccine seriously and monitor them. You are probably, again, OK, but get checked out at an urgent care if they don't go away. And to others, consider if you REALLY NEED the swine flu vaccine before getting it, because it has caused side effects in some people. SLEEP WELL TONIGHT. There is a 99% chance you will not die.
