What is the fastest way to recover from a cold/flu?
I have a really bad head ache right now... I slept for an hour before and then ate dinner. Now I feel so tired but I can't sleep, what can I do? I know staying at the computer is bad for it but there's like nothing else to do around..and I can't concentrate on anything or take a walk, it's too cold outside. Any personal experiences, advice?
THANKYOU

Stay warm and drink lots of water.
Try not to go out as much and if you must, then wrap up.
Eat healthy, like the fruit and vege combo a day and you should be fine.
If you feel really weak and floppy (you know that feeling, like you have a headache, a sore throat, runny nose and you feel really weak, dizzy and floppy when you walk or move?)
drink lots and lots of water, don't eat as much junk foods and stay warm.

As Granny from the Beverly Hillbillies said "take an aspirin and rest for 10 days." I hope that at least cheers you up if it doesn't work for you.
