Flu? Pneumonia? Cold?
It all started Wed. with a coughing fit. No sore throat or runny nose at this time. and a burning sensation in my chest when I coughed some yellowish phlegm. Fever and chills with a severe headache on Thursday and Friday. Saturday very runny nose (like a faucet) and the back of my head would pound when I coughed. Today I no longer have the burning in my chest but still a very runny nose and still no sore throat. Also no fever or chills and no headache. What could this be?

I just had an ear/sinus infection with the same symptoms.
If you can you may want to get to a dr to be sure and to get an antibiotic for it.
I don't have insurance and have had so many ear/sinus infections I knew what the problem was. I drank plenty of water and I used vitamin C, goldenseal and echinacea which are natural antibiotics. Got some extra rest and it is all better now.
Take care
