How long do you wait after a cold or influenza to go back to working out? Do you recommend it?
I've had an influenza for the last couple of days, had a fever, runny nose/eyes and am now still blowing my nose and coughing stuff up. I am out of breath easier, and there's still clearly mucous in my chest that's making it a bit harder.
When do you begin going back to the gym? Do you recommend working out while getting over it?

you should do yoga or a light workout at home.
when your nose stops running and its a little easier to breathe (and youre no longer contagious) then go back to the gym :)
you dont wanna get anyone sick, or choke to death on the treadmill!
