pregnancy vs. stomach flu symptoms?
How exactly does the stomach flu make you feel?
My school was cancelled over illness, and I got it.. but someone made a stupid comment "you're not pregnant are you? i felt like i had the flu when i was pregnant" now I'm worried and don't know if i may be or if its just a stomach virus i caught..
i don't exactly "feel" pregnant like most women say, i just feel nauseated to my stomach 24/7 and threw up yesterday, feeling dizzy and faint, with hot cold chills, those have now gone away and all i feel is sick to my stomach and i dont have an apetite.... so what are symptoms of pregnancy vs the symptoms of having the stomach virus?

Everyone's pregnancy symptoms are different. Some people have exactly what you described. I didn't have any symptoms at all, and yet was 100% pregnant. Take a test. See a doctor. And start using protection!

If you have hot/cold chills--you're not pregnant. Pregnancy doesn't give you a fever.
The flu IS similar to pregnancy, but the best way to know is to wait until you skip your period and/or take a HPT.
Also, have you had sex? Is there a reason you should be worried?

That sounds more like the flu to me.
When I was pregnant I would get hungry and then suddenly become severely nauseous.
But these things are different for everyone

fever, chills, vommiting, lack of appetite.
preg- missed period for one, nausea, frequent urination, exhaustion, tender breasts
no chills or fever with pregnancy really
