Im a little addicted to the Panadol Lemon Cold and Flu drink?
Its just SO comforting. I love the taste and Im sure the panadol in it does something to me as well even though Im not in any pain or have any cold symptoms. I usually have it when Im feeling kinda low physically and emotionally and it stabilizes me for a while. Then I want more, but I never get more because I know thats bad.
What effects are there of taking Panadol wgen u dont need it?
And what alternatives are there that taste the same?

I don't know the ingredients of Panadol, but I doubt it has DXM in it. Don't listen to that idiot above me, he has no clue about dxm. You would have to take large doses, about 10x the recommended dose to feel that.
Don't drink that weird shiz just bc you feel bad, ppl will think you are a drug addict or something

.panadol/paracetamol are liver and kidney wreckers !! best you get off that stuff.

You might look at an herbal tea. Bigalow or Celestial Seasons puts out a Lemon Snap that is very tasty and will not keep you up at night OR destroy vital organs.
There is also a Raspberry Zinger for a quick pick up.
Don't take medicines, prescription or OTC, when not necessary. Go see your doctor if you are depressed and get proper treatment.
