Will all this paracetamol and alka seltzer show in my blood test or urine test?
Three days ago i took 9000mg of paracetamol and the next day i drank 7 alka seltzers, yesterday i took 12 tablets of sudafed and also some cold and flu tablets. Will this show in either a blood test or urine test? And if it does will it be quickly recognised as an overdose or might they think its something else? and how can i help for this not to show in the test? no stupid answers please

That's not even near an overdose; I don't see why they'd pay any attention to it.

First, nothing you can do about it now. Tylenol can be tested in BOTH blood and urine, and actually for drug tests, they test for it specifically, because it is IN most addictive drugs (like Vicoden and Percocet). The only thing that washes tylenol out of the blood is mucomyst, which would be given DIRECTLY after an overdose -- now that it's been in your body "several days", even that won't do anything, so whatever organ damage the tylenol did, you're stuck with!
Sudafed will show on a drug test as METH or AMPHETAMINES. (Meth is actually made from sudafed). Alka seltzer is irrelevant. It's not a drug, just sodium bicarbonate.
Basically?
Absolutely nothing you can do about any upcoming diagnostic test. What's in you is in you, and it will show up on any tests that occur in the next week or so.

K. Tylenol washes out of your body after a few days of lots of water, but it can trash your liver. Alka Seltzer is loaded with aspirin, so you might have clotting trouble. Tablets of Sudafed and other cold and flu stuff also has tylenol, aspirin, and dexo, which can speed your heart rate. You're lucky you didn't have to get your stomach pumped. If you're so worried about passing a blood or urine test then why did you try to overdose? Drink lots of water, and some electrolyte fluids (like pedialyte in the baby section.) No crap foods for at least a week...and then afterwards have a CBC and a liver enzyme screen to make sure your organs are straight.
