Is it possible to contract cold/flu from weather conditions?
Is it true that bad weather can cause a cold? For instance, if someone had wet hair, and went outside in cold windy weather, would they be likely to get a cold? Or does it only bring down your immunities, so then if there is a bug around it is easier to get a hold of you?

I've heard doctors say and on all kinds of TV programs, that bad weather can not cause a cold or flu. You can catch it from someone else who has the germs on them. I've heard that you can even get it from a piece of mail with the germ on it. Try to wash your hands often. That is so important all of the time but especially while so many things are around us.
