It actually sounds like an allergy.
I suggest getting some allergy medication.

I agree. You most likely have some kind of allergy, such as pollen. You can buy really cheap drops at the pharmacy that relieve your itchy/burning eyes, and a allergy medication will cure the runny nose. You get the headache because of the nasal problems, and once it clears up, your headache will go away in a matter of minutes. Most allergy medications last 24 hours, so I suggest toughing it out until the end of the day and wait until morning to take the pill. Hope this helps! :-)
