Does this sound like stomach flu, food poisoning or something else?
My husband is sick and Im concerned because Im 38 weeks pregnant.
He has been fine today, although under a lot of stress.
He started to feel flush and vomited within an hour after that.
He says he feel fine now, expect he is cold and tired.
We both had the flu shot 3 months ago.
He ate some soup yesterday that I told him not to cause it was like 6 days old, but was ok. He ate it again for lunch today at 1 and vomited at 6.

Might be the stomach flu (the shot is no guarantee) or a 24 hour bug. My guess is the virus/bug. Both my roommate and I got a virus about week ago that left us feeling ghastly for about 12 hours each, but we were fine after that. If it were food poisoning from the soup, it would have needed more time to "bloom". If it were the flu, he wouldn't feel fine right now.
Keep an eye on him (mostly his temperature!) and keep your distance for the next day or two. Hopefully he'll be fine.
