How can I get over this cold/fever fast?
My friend was out of school all week this week (I think she's the one who gave it to me.)
But anyways, i don't want to be out of school next week since I've had perfect attendance, and I need to be there because I'm getting lower grades & I need to learn all I can.
so Yeah.
So what are some tips to get over a cold/fever fast?

Feed a cold, starve a fever! Its proven to work!
As in: get plenty of fluids to replace those lost when you have a cold.

Use this weekend to relax and rest. Drink plenty of liquids, llike broth, soup, ginger ale--take some Vitamin C tablets, and try to sleep. You can't get over a cold any faster than it's going to take, but if you take good care of yourself, you won't feel as sick.

make sure what ever you blow your nose into doesn't have perfume on it such as the kleenex or toilet paper. Blow you nose a lot if you can cause a cold is a cleansing. Drink lots of water room temperture if you can. But not late at night cause you don't want to get woke up to pee. cut out dairy products they cause phlem. wash your hand a lot & throw out tissues. if you can get vicks vapor run you wipe it on your nose if you are congested & you boil water & put your face over it like it says on the lable be so careful not to get the boiling water spilled on you. You might get rid of the fever with the baby aspirin but don't take meds if you are taken others without being careful. I also like lots of chewable vitamin C

take Emergen-C 2-3 times a day everyday until you start feeling better, drink lots of water, get lots of sleep/rest. Emergen-C is like GOLD! Whenever I even start to feel like I am getting a cold...I take it and it seriously makes the symptoms disappear usually by the next day.
