How can i get rid of stomach flu ?
My mom & I both have stomach flu & I vomited 3 times last night. I don't want to eat anything and I feel extremely nauseous right now. My stomach hurts really bad. How can I get rid of our stomach flu ?

Go to the doctor, they will give you a drug. After about 2 days youll feel as good as new

The only good thing about the stomach flu is that it's short lived. It usually lasts 24 hours and at the most 48 hours. Drink clear fluids one tablespoon at a time, but frequently. This will keep you hydrated and yet it won't make you vomit the water up. Don't eat, unless you're really hungry and if you're hungry eat saltine crackers, one at a time and stop as soon as you're not hungry. The less you eat the better.
Hang in there, it's almost over.

Absolutely nothing. It's usually a 24 hour virus (sometimes a little longer depending on your immune system) and will be gone in no time. Throwing up hurts and you can't keep anything down. It sucks but there isn't anything to make it go away. It will run it's course and in a few days, you'll feel fine. Just stay in your bed and drink as much water as you can because throwing up so much can make you dehydrated. and that can lead to more problems.

drink lots of fluids, gaturade or vitamin water are helpful also some chicken broth. The virus should go away in 24-48hrs.
