Is acetaphinomen or ibuprofen better for body aches that come along with the flu?
I feel like I'm getting sick and the body aches are extremely painful. I want to know which is more effective or if I could mix them.

Don't mix them. Doctors will tell you that too.
Ibuprofen seems to work better as a whole. And is prescribed more that acetaminophen.
Ibu(as my family calls it) does more than acetaminophen. It not only takes care of average pain and reduce fever it also takes care of swelling from bruises and swollen joints.
And it doesn't have the effect on the liver that acetaminophen does.
You can take 500 to 1000mg of Ibu.
