Is it ok to take Tylenol Cold multi-symptom and then 4 hours later take Nyquil cold and flu?
my friend said it could be bad or cause like a reaction or cancel eachother out

You're courting a lot of interactions between drugs there. In particular, there is acetaminophen,
what you may know as Tylenol, in both. All you need is one overdose of that to make your
liver very unhappy. It's not a good idea to take more of it than directed; it's the leading cause
of liver failure in the USA.
Take one or the other, blow your nose, rest, and your cold will be over in 14 days if you
take something, and two weeks if you do not.
