Seasonal cold flu maybe more?
Ok so everytime i get sick i believe the world is coming to an end.. So here is me freaking out.. Just came down sick about three days ago. Was running a fever of 101.5 which i guess isn't too high, I had the chills bad. i could not get warm for the life of me. Have had a severe sore throat. Headaches occur often. My nose.. Im not sure how to explain it.. Its runny yet stuffed at the same time.. I am very congested and having a hard time to breath. Cough drops are no longer working, My fever is down to 100,4 have been taking nyquil and dayquil and aleve for the fever. Also have taken throat spray as needed. i feel as though i have a lot of mucus build up as well. So my question is with these symptoms does it sound like a seasonal cold, the flu, or maybe something different?

Sounds like flu.
If your throat spray is a decongestant one don't use it longer than 5 days or you get rebound congestion.
Nyquil contains a sedating antihistamine (Doxylamine succinate), but Dayquil doesn't.
Talk to your pharmacist about antihistamines - some don't cause drowsiness so you could add one in the daytime.
Drink plenty, keep warm, use and bin soft tissues, rest as much as you can and stay away from stuffy crowded places where you could pick up more infections.
