Seasonal Cold: Help with Treatment?
I've got seasonal cold since a week, no fever just blocked nose and a little sore throat. Any ideas on how to get well?

Theres plenty of cold remedies available at the chemist. They usually act as decongestants,pain killers and anti inflammatory all in one. Nothing will cure the cold,only relieve your symptoms

To clear your nose use steam. Run hot water in the sink and put a towel over your head bend down and breathe in the steam. For your sore throat, gargle with salt water. Put about 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a glass and add a little hot water to dissolve the salt, then add cold water until it is just warm. No it won't sting it will soothe the sore throat. There are antiseptic properties in salt that kill bacteria
