I know ibuprofen is more powerfull, so let me also ask you the same question with 1000 mg of aspirin and 500 mg of Ibuprofen.

Ibuprofen and aspirin will only help with the aches and pains of the flu. The ibuprofen is going to be less irritating to the stomach at the doses that you mention.

The only thing out there that will help end the flu is a prescription medication called Tamiflu.
Both ibuprofen and aspirin are the same kind of drug, an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug). They will have the same effect, just take what is more comfortable for you.
Regular aspirin is hardest on the stomach, ibuprofen is easier but still harsh, but enteric coated aspirin (Aspirin EC) is easiest.
Don't take multiple NSAIDs. Also included and NSAID is Naproxen sodium (brand name is Aleve).
Remember that these will not help a fever. Acetemetaphen (tylenol) is an anti-fever and is not an NSAID so it can be taken along with ibuprofen, aspirin or naproxen.
