What does this sound like, cold, flu, or what?
My whole family is sick, but the symptoms are odd. The main symptoms are joint/muscle aches and fatigue, relatively mild. From that, we're thinking flu, but we don't really have other symptoms.
A couple of us have sinus pressure, one had a temperature of 99F, slight loss of appetite, nothing we would've really noticed if we weren't just so tired and kind of sore. None of us have been doing any unusual physical activity that could account for the soreness, either.
Does this sound like a very mild flu?

It certainly sounds like something viral or perhaps something you all ate.
Did you all become ill about the same time?
Many illnesses, even those that don't present with the usual GI distress, can be food borne illness. Did you all eat somewhere together in the recent past?
If not, it is more likely than not a mild viral illness. Be on the lookout for any rashes developing.

Flu isn't always experienced in the same way for all people every time. And flu doesn't have to include fever either although it usually does. And you are probably correct in that this is a mild case of flu.
