cold or flu during pregnancy???
I have a doc appt. on Saturday (please do not tell me to ask my doc) but have had a cold for the past 2 days...i had a little fever that went away with rest but would like to know if anyone else has experienced a cold during pregnancy? what did you do/take? i swore off medication (even if the doc says it is ok). I just do not want to take anything that may cause harm to my daughter (i'm 22 weeks). any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks!!!

panadol/paracetemol is fine and will not in any way harm your baby.
you need to be taking care of youself too, if your distressed from fevers and colds and wont take anything that will distress your baby.

I had a cold during pregnancy and took garlic ( a natural antibiotic) and vitamin c ( watch how much you take of c).

Take some Tylenol - - fever is worse for the baby than this medicine.

I'm also 22 weeks i had a cold with high fever due to a uti , my dr. told me to take tylenol or tylenol extra strength for the fever and it worked.
