Fever or common cold?
I started out with a sore throat on saturday and on monday it was turn into congestion with one stuffy nose and one runny. Today i had think it was a small fever then i took tylenol and ate and drank four glasses of water and i felt fine but i think it was because of the tylenol workin' my question is if this is the turning point of this "cold" i have or will i experience another fever and should i take Nyquil tonight

you probably have a sinus infection. Antibiotics will work the best.

It is probably just a cold. If your head feels really full or you have a lot of pressure in your sinuses, then it is probably a sinus infection (I am just getting over one). You probably won't get another fever, Tylenol is usually good at helping with those. In my experience, Nyquil only makes my symptoms worse, it never helps me, but if you are still feeling icky and it works for you, then I would take Nyquil tonight and get some rest. Blast it so you can go back to being healthy quickly.

sounds like a sinus infection...don't eat any dairy and get on an antibiotic or a steroid pack from the doctor...one of these should work if it is a sinus infection...ask your doctor....this is just my opinion
