What is the Best over the counter Flu/Cold medicine?
I am sick as a dog.... and i dont want that DISCONECTED FEELING.... i dont know which one is worst lol..... ughhh feel like someone is holding my noce, i can barely hear... lol... its a mess guys... HELP... oh and be aware... i want to be able to get it at CVS... so no hardcore reciepes with ingredients i have to "hunt down" or anything... im a NEW YAWKA.... I NEED TO BE BETTER.... LIKE YESTERDAY LOL!... help me ...i would love to give someone 5 points :)
