What over the counter medication can I take for flu or cold like symptoms during pregnancy?

I know robitussen for sure is ok while you are pregnant. I am not sure about anything else, I would call and ask an advice nurse or anyone at your doctor's office.

Plain Sudafed has always been recommended...however with all the NEW stuff out there and as always it is best to consult with your OB before taking anything.
Plain Robotussin as well has always been recommended.

The best otc i took was tylenoyl cold and sinus medication. The doctor totally approved.

please consult your ob/gyn , but when i was preg with my daughter (she's almost 2) i could only take robitussin, tylenol, and sudafed nothing with a decongestant lots of fluids and rest
