How do they test for swine flu, and what's the difference between it and regular flu?
I'm sick as ****!! I have all of the symptoms of the flu including fever, coughing, fatigue, sore throat, body aches, etc etc. How do I know I don't have swine flu???

PS - I'm not one of those crazy hypochondriacs, I'm just curious.

Well the only way to tell whether you have swine flu or the regular flu is by testing. The doctor will perform 2 tests they may be both nose swabs in which the doctor will take a giant Q-tip like thing and stuff it up your nose. Or they will take a throat swab culture in which the doctor will take the Q-Tip like items and swab the Very back of your mouth causing you to gag.
