how to get ride of a cold/flu virus?
i think i have the flu ive been getting the chills once in a while my muscles ache and ive head this huge migraine all day. Also if i push on my head it makes the weird sound like theres water or something in there and im sick of it so can someone please help.

The only way, unfortunately, is time.
Rest a lot. Drink plenty of fluids. Eat as normally as you can.
Use over the counter meds to treat your symptoms.
