Night sweats and cold/flu?
I am just getting over a cold/flu type thing. Last night I couldn't sleep through the whole night without having to change my pj's because I had bad night sweats.
I don't know what to do because I cant keep sleeping with this problem. Is it normal that I am sweating this much when I sleep?
I have no fever and I'm not too hot at night.
Any suggestions?
Also when I move my eyes, it aches???

Maybe you still have a little bit of your cold and it's slowly leaving your system. If you keep having those problems I would see a Doctor.

Sweating is common when you are having cold/flu. Human body regulates its temperature by sweating. You should not have sweating one your are done with your cold/flu. Sleep/Rest is also important in getting a fast recovery from cold/flu. You eyes probably aches because you do not have enough rest. You can try using wicking and fast drying PJ's and bedsheets that will keep you comfortable and you do not have to loose your sleep time and change your PJ's in middle of night.

Hi
Aly
What I know there is no thing to worry much because some times this happens because of weakness after onsets of fever. But if you are getting continuously this symptoms you must consult with your doctor may be you have some initially cardiac or lungs problems.
get well soon
bye
